Built MVP in a Hackathon solo. Managed AI agents, with plugins that can join lobbies and chat. You can let agent have x402 payments endpoints. Can connect Agents to msg via whatsapp/telegram as well (amongst a marketplace of plugins). Proposed to my current team at WeHumans to implement it our system (minus the d3bit'ing / crypto web3 part, in progress).
